Comp360
Wage Income Measure up to $1.0 Million
Comp360 is a continuous dollar estimate of total wage income up to $1.0 million.
Comp360 can be used by marketers, analysts, and risk management executives at financial services and other firms to identify the most appropriate target audience for marketing and risk applications†. Comp360 can be used alone or incorporated into models that include traditional income measures.
Key Differentiators of Comp360
1. Incorporates Multiple Dimensions of Differentiated Data
- Incorporates multiple dimensions of differentiated data (including anonymous and aggregated wages, income from part-time employment, investments, credit, demographic, etc.) to predict total wage income
- Utilizes Equifax’s TALX® wage information in a referential model at an anonymous, aggregated level
2. Updated Monthly
- Monthly updates ensure the most recent wage estimates are available to analysts and marketers
3. Continuous Measure, Virtually Uncapped to $1.0 Million
- Provides a continuous measure of total estimated wages up to $1 million; the precise dollar value estimate (e.g. $75,898) enables marketers to differentiate consumers that may be grouped within a standard income band (e.g. $75,000-$99,999)
- Enables marketers to identify consumers at the lower end and higher end of the wage income spectrum more definitively than with traditional income ranges
4. Can be Used Across the Customer Lifecycle
- Comp360 is not an FCRA regulated tool and can be used by all firms across the customer lifecycle for non-FCRA purposes to:
- Identify the most appropriate target audience for marketing campaigns
- Enhance mortgage and lending analytics with a view of estimated total wage income
- Enhance income validation for account origination and other applications by examining estimated total wage income (Comp360 can be used as an alert for income validation, but may not be used to determine eligibility)
- Enhance debt-to-income calculations to assess the health of loan portfolios (Comp360 may not be used to determine eligibility on individual accounts)
5. Easy to Apply
- Can be appended to any customer or prospect file
